NOTE that as of September 29, 2009, RFQ #09-010 for Roadway Planning and Preliminary Design Services has been withdrawn.  The MSPA is re-evaluating this Request for Qualifications in an effort to improve the roadway planning and design process.

NOTE that as of October 28, 2009, RFQ #09-011 for Rail Operations Planning and Infrastructure Development Services has been withdrawn. The MSPA is re-evaluating this Request for Qualifications in an effort to improve the rail operations and infrastructure development services planning and design process.

The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport is reviewing submissions for a Request for Ideas - seeking ideas and input from interested parties for consideration of the restoration and re-development of the northern harbor area of the Port of Gulfport.
